Greg is a native of Abilene, Texas. He was born, raised, and educated in Abilene. Greg is a service minded individual with a heart for children and families. Greg is committed to help you and your family with expertise and compassion.

Greg holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and a Master's of Education in Counseling and Human Development from Hardin-Simmons University. Greg holds multiple certifications and credentials in the field of counseling and education. Greg currently serves full time through the Abilene Independent School District as a principal. His evenings and weekend are spent working through his private practice or teaching adjunct at one of the local universities. In his spare time, Greg enjoys taking cruises and traveling along with spending time with family and friends.

Greg Rake believes helping families is a calling and a privilege. Greg was trained under his adopted grandmother Beula Love who for 50 years worked and served families through child welfare/currently known as CPS or in private practice in adoption placing agency in Abilene.
