Fees for Services

Initial Orientation fee $50 (one-time fee)

On-site / Off-site fee per hour $35

Visitation where the court orders or the attorney / client specifically requests that visitation be supervised by Greg O. Rake $50 per hour

Letter to attorney or court reporting on status of supervised visitation (with at least 10 days’ notice) $35

Letter to attorney or court reporting on status of supervised visitation (with less than 10 days’ notice) $50

Business records affidavit to file visitation notes with the court- $150

Court testimony under subpoena (with at least 10 days’ notice) $250 local only*

Court testimony under subpoena (with less than 10 days’ notice) $400 local only*

We provide a place for a safe visitation exchanges at a fee of $25, which includes the exchange at both the beginning and at the end of the visit. 

All fees are due prior to services being rendered. We accept cash, money order or debit/credit card. Checks accepted only with prior approval. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee plus any fees charged by our bank. Fees due for insufficient checks must be paid by cashier’s check prior to any additional services being provided.
