Meet Our Visitation Monitors 

Greg holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and a Master's of Education in Counseling and Human Development from Hardin-Simmons University. Greg holds multiple certifications and credentials in the field of counseling and education. Greg currently serves full time through the Abilene Independent School District as a principal. His evenings and weekend are spent working through his private practice or teaching adjunct at one of the local universities. In his spare time, Greg enjoys taking cruises and traveling along with spending time with family and friends.

Staci is blessed to be a wife. She is a fur mama to her three children. Staci has a Bachelors in Science from Hardin-Simmons University and a Masters in Educational Leadership with Digital Learning (Technology) from Abilene Christian University. She works for Abilene ISD and enjoys working with children every day. Staci is also Greg O. Rake and Associates LLC's Marketing Director, Visitation Supervisor, & Site Supervisor. 

Barbara is blessed to be an Air Force wife. She is a proud mother to her wonderful children. Barbara has also retired from Abilene ISD.

Traci is a mom to three grown children and one dog. She is also a blessed Grandma to two beautiful granddaughters. Traci has an Associates of Applied Sciences degree from Texas State Technical College/Breckenridge. She has also worked at North Lowe's for many years. 

Aaron holds a Bachelor's degree in Music Education from Hardin-Simmons University. Aaron works full time at the United Supermarket along with being the Music Minister at Calvary Baptist Church. Aaron enjoys working with our children and families at Greg O. Rake & Associates, LLC. 

Melissa is blessed to be a mother and grandmother. Melissa is retired sheriff law enforcement outside of Abilene. She holds a TCLOSE certification as well. Melissa enjoys working with families and children that come through our doors.  

Gaile is a native to Abilene and graduated from Abilene High School. Gaile graduated from Abilene Christian University with a Bachelor's Degree. Gaile is blessed to be a mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Gaile has a love for families and children. 

Subrinamaria, who prefers to be called "Bre," is a California native. She has an associate's degree in childhood education (CDA) and is a registered behavior technician. Bre has had the privilege of teaching overseas for DODEA and is finishing her Bachelor's Degree with a minor in Applied Behavior Analysis. As an Abilene Independent School District behavior aide, Bre works closely with students who require special attention and support. She is passionate about helping children with behavioral challenges and is dedicated to positively impacting their lives. When Bre is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, giving back to the community, and traveling to new places.

Jim holds a Bachelors Degree in General Psychology. Jim went on to graduate Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Masters in Clinical Counseling and Psychology. Jim holds a certification in Spiritual Counseling-Teaching. You might have seen Jim at Hendrick South Hospital blessing people as he is the Chaplain. 

Connie is a wife and mother of a daughter and son. She is blessed to be a Zeddi to a granddaughter and grandson. Connie has always been in the childcare business and retired after owning her own business for 17 years. 

Penny, is a wife, She is a proud mother of two Beautiful adopted children, 10 Fur-babies- 7 dogs and 3 cats. 7 of them are rescued. 

Penny is retired.  after working Loss Prevention & with APD for 17 yrs. Personal Security for several well known Athletes, Actors & Singers. She’s not afraid of achieving something from out of her comfort zone.  Graduating  “Certified Automotive Technician with Honors from Ashworth College in Georgia in 2023. Penny, tremendously enjoys working with our children and families at Greg O. Rake and Associates LLC.

Laurie was born in San Antonio, Texas but raised in Oklahoma. Laurie was married in 1982 and moved back to Texas to raise her family. Laurie has 3 sons and 5 grandchildren. Laurie worked in retail in retail for 27 years and has since retired. We are blessed to have Laurie apart of our team to work with our families here at Greg O. Rake and Associates, LLC.
